CONDENSING AIR DRYER
This system removes moisture from compressed air without using a refrigeration compressor, making it highly energy-efficient. It operates in two stages. First, the incoming air is pre-cooled by the cooled outgoing air; in the second stage, it is cooled using process water. This arrangement causes moisture to condense, providing dry air for industrial processes while keeping operating costs to a minimum.
APPLICATIONS
Glass packaging production, large-scale pneumatic conveying systems and various process industries.
WATER-TO-WATER HEAT PUMPS
A water-to-water heat pump is a high-efficiency heating and cooling system that uses water as the heat source or sink, providing stable energy performance regardless of outdoor temperatures. Potential heat sources or sinks include seawater, geothermal borehole, rivers and dry coolers, among others. This configuration enables high coefficients of performance. It is an ideal solution for projects requiring quiet operation, high reliability, waste heat recovery for other processes, and domestic hot water production.
APPLICATIONS
Food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics processing, hotels, campsites, wellness centres, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, sports halls, office buildings, banks, shopping centres, logistics centres and data centres.
AIR-TO-WATER HEAT PUMPS
An air-to-water heat pump uses the energy available in outdoor air to provide heating, cooling and domestic hot water, delivering high energy efficiency with minimal electricity consumption. Available configurations include monobloc systems, with all components housed in a single unit, and split systems.
APPLICATIONS
Food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics processing, hotels, campsites, wellness centres, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, sports halls, office buildings, banks, shopping centres, logistics centres and data centres.
CLOSED-CIRCUIT COOLING TOWER
A closed-circuit cooling tower cools the process fluid without direct contact with ambient air. It combines the advantages of a dry cooler and an open-circuit cooling tower. The process fluid circulates through a hermetically sealed heat exchanger, which can be sprayed externally with water when required. This delivers excellent cooling performance while keeping the process fluid clean. The design eliminates the risk of contamination, scale build-up and impurities entering process equipment, while also reducing the need for chemical water treatment.
APPLICATIONS
Cooling process equipment; food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries; and process industries with stringent process-fluid cleanliness requirements, particularly in regions with poor water quality.
OPEN-CIRCUIT COOLING TOWER
An open-circuit cooling tower uses evaporative cooling to cool process water through direct contact with an airflow. It can cool water to temperatures below the ambient air temperature, making it an energy-efficient solution for rejecting large amounts of heat. Its compact design provides high cooling capacity and reliable operation under demanding industrial conditions.
APPLICATIONS
Industrial plants, steelworks, foundries, cement plants, the chemical and plastics-processing industries, petrochemical facilities, large HVAC systems, central cooling systems and more.
DRY COOLER
A dry cooler is a high-efficiency heat exchanger designed to cool processes using ambient air. Operation in a closed circuit reduces maintenance costs. The unit can be tailored to the available space and the customer’s specific requirements, while delivering high energy efficiency and long service life in industrial environments. Adiabatic cooling can also be added.
APPLICATIONS
Industrial cooling of machinery, tools and processes; HVAC systems in public and residential buildings; data centres; the chemical industry; plastics processing; and more.
COOLING SYSTEM WITH TWO TEMPERATURE LEVELS
A dual-temperature chiller plant is a complete, pre-engineered modular cooling system installed at the production facility and ready to be connected to the system. It can also be fitted with a module for waste heat recovery. External equipment can be added as required, including finned heat exchangers, dry coolers and cooling towers, depending on the process technology and the customer’s specific needs.
APPLICATIONS
Temporary or permanent industrial facilities, plastics processing, data centres and other industrial plants requiring process cooling and waste heat recovery.
WATER-BASED AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM
This system provides an effective solution for cleaning air contaminated with dust, grinding particles or smoke. Contaminated air is extracted from one or more workstations into a central chamber and passed through a water curtain. The water captures even very fine contaminant particles, forming sludge, while the cleaned air exits the system. This approach enhances safety when working with flammable materials and helps maintain a clean working environment.
APPLICATIONS
Metalworking (grinding, polishing and cutting), woodworking and plastics processing, the chemical industry, foundries and similar applications.
MODULAR CONTAINER PLANT
A modular container plant is a complete, pre-engineered cooling plant housed in a standardised container and ready for connection to the system. The compact, insulated unit integrates all key components, including compressors, water tanks, circulation pumps, control panels and heat exchangers. External equipment can be installed as required, such as finned heat exchangers, dry coolers and cooling towers, depending on the process technology and the customer’s specific requirements.
APPLICATIONS
Temporary or permanent industrial facilities, plastics processing, data centres and other industrial plants requiring process cooling.
WATER-TO-WATER HEAT PUMPS FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS
These compact water-to-water heat pumps are specifically designed for installation within residential spaces, such as utility rooms, storage rooms or bathrooms. They provide space heating and cooling via fan coil units and underfloor heating, as well as domestic hot water. The system uses a shared primary circuit connected to a dry cooler or geothermal borehole, eliminating the need for outdoor units on façades or balconies. Its compact footprint allows installation in small spaces without compromising interior aesthetics. Each residential unit operates independently, with its own energy metering and customised operating modes.
APPLICATIONS
Multi-unit residential buildings, private houses and similar properties.
SHELL-AND-TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS
A shell-and-tube heat exchanger transfers thermal energy between two media. It consists of a bundle of tubes housed within a robust outer shell, providing excellent mechanical strength and high efficiency, even in demanding industrial environments. Its durability and ease of disassembly and cleaning support long-term operation with fluids of varying viscosities and contamination levels. Heat exchangers can be manufactured from different materials and for a range of applications, tailored to process technology and the customer’s specific requirements.
APPLICATIONS
The oil and gas industry, chemicals, HVAC, food processing and processes involving aggressive media.
WASTE HEAT AND COOLING RECOVERY UNITS
A shell-and-tube heat recovery unit is a specialised industrial heat exchanger designed to recover energy from hot flue gases, exhaust air, contaminated or dirty air, and similar sources. Its robust construction, in which air flows through a tube bundle inside a shell, enables operation at high temperatures. This design provides high mechanical strength, easy maintenance and process stability, converting waste heat into useful energy.
APPLICATIONS
Heat recovery from industrial furnaces, foundries, incinerators, cement plants, woodworking and paper industries, shopping centres, and similar facilities.
